About Mitsu

I enjoy going to the gym, playing volleyball in leagues and recreationally, hiking, spending time with friends, and most of all gaming. That being said, as an avid gamer, I became interested in fixing electronics when mine would break or malfunction which would prevent me from enjoying my favorite hobby.

I have always been interested in technology and it was a very easy career path to choose because it is something that is dynamic and evolving every single day. I have been fixing electronics for friends and family ever since I was a child and have been doing it professionally for 10+ years.

I excel in both hardware and software troubleshooting with a strong preference for diagnostics as I love solving problems. I am very adaptive and a quick study with very good memory which allows me to learn new skills very quickly and cater each interaction with customers with unmatched attention to detail and unlimited patience.

Mitsu's passion for gaming led him into electronics repair - when his gaming devices would break, he learned to fix them himself! Now he brings that same dedication to helping customers get back to enjoying their technology. When he's not at work, you'll find him at the gym, playing volleyball, hiking, or of course, gaming.
