Return Policy
Know what items are eligible for returns and under what conditions.
Labor Services – No Returns
Labor charges, including diagnostics, repairs, and system setup, are non-refundable once service has been rendered. Please ensure you fully understand the service and cost before we proceed with any repairs.
Refurbished Items – 7-Day Return Window
Refurbished products are eligible for return within 7 days of the purchase date, provided they are in the same condition as sold. A receipt is required. Returns must include all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
New Parts & Products – 14-Day Return Window
New hardware and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
- Returns must be initiated in-store at either Oceanside or Encinitas location.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Items showing signs of misuse or damage may be denied a refund.
PC Repair Center reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions above.
